This is an exciting 1-day creative course and is the perfect introduction to gain a better understanding of Royal Icing and its versatility... and to help you get more inspired to produce bespoke cakes and sugarcraft designs...
The aim of the course is to provide you with practical foundation skills, knowledge and understanding of materials and equipment used to work with royal icing to help you further develop skills and techniques with confidence to produce creative designs with a more professional finish.
The course is small, informative, relaxed and fun – key to your enjoyment and learning.

•2 containers (box / biscuit tin or similar – 1 x 7”; 1 x 9” round/square minimum) to take your creative design works home
